Annually, the Board must adopt a resolution establishing the rate of assessment for the properties located within the Subdivision Roads Maintenance MSBU for the ensuing fiscal year. No public hearing is required prior to the adoption of the resolution as the rate of assessment does not exceed the set maximum annual assessment rate. This is the third year of the Subdivision Roads Maintenance MSBU program. Below is a list of the subdivisions and each subdivision’s rate of assessment for the 2022-23 fiscal year.
