Current lease is due to expire Sept. 20, 2022.

| | | | | | | | | BACKGROUND INFORMATION: | On September 20, 2012, Clay County and the Clay County School Board entered into the original 10 year Lease Agreement. The original Agreement provided for the option of an additional 10 year renewal.
The County currently subleases the premises to Fleming Island Athletic Association, Inc. The County will enter into an extension with FIAA once this Renewal with the School Board has been fully executed.
