Approval to accept staff's ranking and selection of the top 3 ranked firms for RFQ No. 21/22-47, Continuing Architectural/Engineering Consulting for Parks and Recreation Projects.  Approval will be effective after the 72 hour protest period has expired.

A committee consisting of the Interim Director of Parks and Recreation, Building Director, and Facilities Construction Manager, performed the evaluation and rank of the responses received. If desired, the Board may request presentations from the firms. Agreements will be negotiated and brought back to the Board for approval. The term of the negotiated Agreements will be for two years with individual project task issued by Work Orders.

RFQ was issued with the plan to obtain one or more Firms for the continuing services. Anticipated services include but not limited to: general architectural/engineering design services for new parks and/or renovations of existing parks, park/recreation master planning, environmental and drainage improvements. Individual projects will be assigned by work order to the most qualified Firm for that specific project. 

RFQ was sent to 137 firms with 7 responses received.
