| DATE: 8/2/2022 | | | | | FROM: Karen Smith Administrative and Contractual Services | | | | | | SUBJECT: Approval of the First Amendment to the Memorandum of Understanding Agreement No. 2021/2022-173 AM1 between Jacksonville Transportation Authority to modify the completion date from January 2023 to 9 months from kick off meeting and change the County's total not to exceed amount portion from $100,000 to $125,000. Approval is contingent upon approval of FY 22/23 Budget.

| | | | | | | | | BACKGROUND INFORMATION: | | A MOU was approved in May. Following Board approval, JTA procured RS&H to conduct the Transit Study. RS&H along with its subcontractors, England-Thims & Miller, Inc. and Quest, has prepared a Scope of Work and Fee Estimate for the Study. Total costs for the Study is estimated at $248,730 with an estimated completion date within 9 months of initial kick off meeting. This Amendment modifies the cost share and time for completion. |
