Approval of the Second Renewal and Amendment to the Master Banking Services Agreement with Wells Fargo Bank, National Association for an additional three (3) year period beginning October 1, 2022 through September 30, 2025.

BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
Original Agreement was entered into on October 8, 2012 which was a result of the award of RFP No. 11/12-25, Banking Services. On May 23, 2017, the parties exercised the option to renew the Agreement for an additional 5 year period which is set to expire on September 30, 2022.    The fee structure for services remain the same, an increase for interest earned is reflected in this Amendment.  A 3 year extension is requested to maintain the long term relationship for treasury management services.
