A) Public Hearing to consider approval of entry into three Purchase and Sale Agreements for the purchase by the County of three certain parcels of real property being particularly described as follows:

 

  1. Tax Parcel ID: 11-05-24-006109-000-00 (4202 Scenic Drive, Middleburg, FL 32068)
  2. Tax Parcel ID: 42-04-25-008814-243-70 (744 Arran Court, Orange Park, FL 32073)
  3. Tax Parcel ID: 13-05-24-006283-000-00 (2157 Hill Road, Middleburg, FL 32068)

 

B)  Approval of associated Warranty Deed accepting the Deed Restrictions attached as Exhibit B thereto for the future use of the properties.

 

C) Approval of authorization to proceed with closing on these three properties with Landmark Title being designated as the closing agent and for County Manager to execute all documents necessary to close the acquisition.
