| | | | | | | | | BACKGROUND INFORMATION: | This amendment increases the total not to exceed amount by $3,532,555.78 from $15,311,267.14 to $18,843,822.92 to provide for additional services under Service categories for Program Wide Management, Design Criteria Package for Design Build, Program Wide Right of Way Acquisition, CMAR Wide Stormwater and Environmental Strategy, and CMAR Wide Surveying. These additional services include services related to design, cost savings/value engineering, permitting, CRAS, right of way, and support.
