Approval of the Second Amendment and Renewal to Agreement No. 2020/2021-14 for Public Safety Uniforms with Galls, LLC. The renewal is for one year.  Amended rates are listed in Attachment B.

Bid No. 19/20-51 (Public Safety Uniforms) was awarded to Galls, LLC, resulting in the execution of Agreement No. 2020/2021-14 which provides for Public Safety employee uniforms, replacement uniforms, and alterations as needed for the term of 10/1/2020 through 9/30/2022, with the option for two (2) additional one (1) year renewals.  Due to the current market conditions, including unforeseen increases in raw materials, labor, and freight rates, the vendor has requested an increase of approximately 8 - 10% for most products.
