A.) CPA-2022-19

  This application is a Small-Scale Comprehensive Plan Amendment to the 2040 Future Land Use Map (FLUM). The application would change the Future Land Use designation of two (2) parcels of land from Urban Core-10 to Urban Core-16.

 

B.) PUD-2022-11

This application is a Rezoning of two (2) parcels from AR (Agricultural Residential) to PUD (Planned Unit Development).
