| | | | | | | | | BACKGROUND INFORMATION: | This is a request for a small scale land use change with a companion rezoning request. The subject parcel is 1.03 acres in size with two land use designations. Approximately 0.9 acres are designated Commercial and 0.15 acres designated Rural Residential. The parcel has two zoning districts (BA-2 and AR) which correspond with the land use designations. The parcel is currently undeveloped. There is a companion rezoning application to change the zoning on 0.9 acres of the parcel from BA-2 to AR. The stated purpose of the requested land use and zoning amendments are to allow development of the parcel with single family residential use.
