A.) Approval to post Notice of Intent and award Bid No. 22/23-19, SHIP Demolition and Reconstruction Project - Allen Lane to Maxxim Construction and Roofing in the amount of $185,000.00.  Approval will be effective after the 72-hour protest period has expired.

B.) Approval for the maximum award under the demolition and reconstruction strategy in the Clay County SHIP Program's Local Housing Assistance Plan (LHAP) be waived.   All bids received were over the allowed maximum award amount of $170,000.00.

Bid provides demolition of existing house and rebuild of a single story, single family home in Orange Park through the SHIP program.

See attached LHAP requirement for demolition and reconstruction.  The maximum award is set at $170,000.00.  The Board has authority to waive this requirement.
