| | | | | | | | | BACKGROUND INFORMATION: | | Purpose of the Agreement is for Airstream Ventures, LLC to represent Clay County in the sports marketplace for recruiting, securing, and creating events, securing sponsors for events, market events, event operations including site selection, ticket sales, concessions, registrations, etc., and to represent Clay County at various sports industry tradeshows as a destination for sporting events. The original contract was for a term of three (3) years, expiring on January 31, 2023, with the option to renew for an additional two (2) one-year terms. The annual fee will remain at $66,000.00 payable in quarterly installments of $16,500.00. |
