| | | | | | | | | BACKGROUND INFORMATION: | | FDOT will be funding and constructing a Shared Use Path, approximately one mile long and approximately 8 to 10-foot-wide asphalt/concrete path including all signage and pavement markings, drainage pipe/structures, pedestrian/bicycle railing, road widening, barrier wall, drainage, asphalt turnouts and ADA improvements, commencing at Ball Road and extending over Black Creek bridge to the Black Creek Shared Use Path Park Driveway (FDOT Project No. 446154-1-52-01). Upon completion of construction, FDOT will own, operate, maintain and repair the Shared Use Path located on the Bridge and all On System Improvements. The County will operate, maintain, and repair the portion of the Shared Use Path before and after the Bridge. FDOT has confirmed that this project will be on their FY23/24 construction schedule. The initial term of this Agreement shall be for a period of one (1) year and shall automatically renew for successive one (1) year terms unless terminated by FDOT in writing. |
