SUBJECT:

Approval of the Fifth Amendment to Agreement No. 2020/2021-213 with Jacobs Engineering Group Inc. for Professional Engineering Design Consultant Services for the Bonded Transportation Program Construction Management at Risk Group No. 2. This amendment amends the scope of work, which increases the cost by $76,236.30 for a total cost of $3,254,552.80, and extends the deadlines for Projects 2 and 5.

BACKGROUND INFORMATION:

This amendment amends the scope of work to add the connection at US 17 and tie to the proposed Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) intersection at the Right of Way line, which was previously removed under Amendment 2 of this Agreement. Geotechnical analysis has been added per this amendment  to include pond liners for ponds 2 and 3, for a total amount of $76, 236.30. 

 

This amendment also extends the deadline on Project 2 to 6/14/2023 and Project 5 to 6/19/2023 for Jacobs Engineering Group, Inc. to provide the construction design documents.
