(formerly Wood Environmental & Infrastructure, Inc.) for a term of two (2) years at the rates specified in the agreement.

| | | | | | | | | BACKGROUND INFORMATION: | | RFQ No. 21/22-47 for Continuing Architectural/Engineering Consulting services for Parks and Recreation Projects was awarded to four Firms. At a previous Board meeting, the Board approved Agreements with three (3) of the four (4) top ranked firms. Wood Environmental & Infrastructure was in the process of a name change (now known as WSP USA Environment & Infrastructure Inc.), therefore their Agreement was delayed. Staff has reviewed to ensure that the Firm is still qualified, and the fees were negotiated. Individual projects will be assigned by work order to the most qualified firm for that specific project. Services include but are not limited to project design, planning, and consulting for existing and future parks. |
