B) Approval of the Three Party Escrow Agreement with the State of Florida, Department of Transportation, the County, and State of Florida, Department of Financial Services, Division of Treasury for FCE (SR 23) Oakleaf Plantation Pkwy Interchange Modification Report (IMR) (MP 35).
C) Authorization of Advance Payment in the amount of $254,948.00

| | | | | | | | | BACKGROUND INFORMATION: | A partial interchange currently exists at Oakleaf Plantation Parkway and State Road 23/First Coast Expressway with movements that accommodate traffic to and from the west along Oakleaf Plantation Parkway. The County desires to have this reconfigured to allow access to and from a future extension of Oakleaf Plantation Parkway to the east (FULL INTERCHANGE). The County shall fund the Interchange Modification Report for reconfiguration of the partial interchange to a full interchange conceptual design (IMR). FDOT will prepare an IMR. The County must furnish FDOT an advance payment for the estimated cost. |
