This lot is part of a subdivision that was created prior to the Branan Field Master Plan. At Master Plan adoption, both the uplands and wetlands portions of these lots were designated as BF PCN. The proposed amendment seeks to amend the designation of the uplands portions only from BF PCN to BF MPC.
At their December 13th meeting, the Board voted to approve CPA 2022-12 which designated the uplands portions of the other lots in this subdivision as BF MPC.
