B.) Request approval for the County Manager to execute the Agreement.

The purpose of the RFP was to seek a qualified company to conduct a classification and compensation study for non-union employees for the development and creation of a comprehensive classification and compensation plan.  The plan shall include job position descriptions, position classifications, salary survey, and compensation ranges.  A benefits analysis was also requested.  The RFP allowed for Constitutional Officers to utilize the Company for the same services. Constitutional Officers will negotiate and execute their own Agreements. 

Burris, Thompson, & Associates previously provided these services in 2016.
