Approval to post Notice of Intent to award Bid No. 22/23-21, Cured-In Place Pipe Services for American Rescue Plan Act Projects to Hinterland Group, Inc. and Inliner Solutions, LLC at the Unit Prices provided in their bid proposals.

American Rescue Plan Fund - All Grants Organization - Repairs and Maintenance - Countywide Storm Water Improvements and other various funding sources 

Clay County requested bids for cured-in place services. The purpose of the bid is to establish a contract for cured-in place pipe services at various locations throughout the County on an as needed basis. The County reserves the right to utilize other contracts for cured-in place services. 

Hinterland Group, Inc. and Inliner Solutions, LLC were overall low on most of the line items. The County shall perform a preliminary estimate for each project using the unit prices from each Agreement, the two (2) Contractors will then finalize their estimate with site specific Lump Sum Cost to establish the overall low price for the specific project. A purchase order will be issued to the Contractor with the best price and availability to perform the project in an acceptable timeframe.

Pursuant to Chapter 5, Section C. of the Purchasing Policy, the County Manager is authorized to approve and execute the agreement on behalf of the Board following Board approval of the award.
