Request for bids (Re-Bid) was issued for the demolition, removal, and disposal services for homes and associated residential structures purchased by the County under the Voluntary Home Buyout Program. All properties have been closed on and are now owned by the County. The services shall be accomplished in a manner consistent with all County, State and Federal laws, codes, regulations and environmental standards. These parcels may contain intact residences, partial or damaged residences to be demolished along with wells, septic, docks etc. All work is to be completed by July 31, 2023.
