| DATE: | | | | | FROM: Administrative and Contractual Services | | | | | | SUBJECT: Approval of Fourth Amendment to Agreement 2020/2021-228 for Professional Engineering Design Consultant Services for the Bonded Transportation Program Construction Management at Risk Group #1 with GAI Consultants, Inc., amending the agreement to include design and post-design services in the amount of $35,303.54 related the design of utility work for CCUA. Such services are in accordance with the CCUA Interlocal Agreement for utility construction in relation to CMAR Group #1, Project 4.

| | | | | | | | | BACKGROUND INFORMATION: | | Clay County Interlocal Agreement (2022/2023-80) provides that the County agrees to include design services and construction of the utilities within the Sandridge Road right of way and CCUA easements from Henley Road to West of CR209 for CMAR Group #1, Project No. 4. CCUA agrees to pay the County the full cost of the amendments to include the utility work, along with CCUA's pro-rata share of shared expenses and CEI costs, within thirty (30) calendar days of written requests by the County. |
