BACKGROUND INFORMATION:

Hazard Mitigation Grant Program (HMGP) Subaward and Grant Agreement will fund improvements to control erosion of the Indigo Branch channel in Orange Park. This Agreement addresses Phase I of the Project which includes surveying, engineering, design, plans preparation, permitting and bidding for the proposed project, for Phase II approval. Costs for this project are shared at 90% to FDEM and 10% to Clay County. This is a reimbursable grant not to exceed $196,739.80 (90% of the total project cost of $216,878.00).
