Grant Agreement for the Hazard Mitigation Grant Program 4486-113-R Indigo Branch Drainage Improvements (Phase I) with the Florida Division of Emergency Management for a cost share grant. The total project cost is $216,878.00; Federal share is 90% ($195,190.20), Non-Federal share costs to the County is 10% ($21,687.80). This is a cost reimbursable agreement.

| | | | | | | | BACKGROUND INFORMATION: | Hazard Mitigation Grant Program (HMGP) Subaward and Grant Agreement will fund improvements to control erosion of the Indigo Branch channel in Orange Park. This Agreement addresses Phase I of the Project which includes surveying, engineering, design, plans preparation, permitting and bidding for the proposed project, for Phase II approval. Costs for this project are shared at 90% to FDEM and 10% to Clay County. This is a reimbursable grant not to exceed $196,739.80 (90% of the total project cost of $216,878.00). |
