BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
At its Board meeting on March 22, 2022, the Board approved an Economic Development Grant in favor of Borland-Groover Clinic for the renovation of its surgery center and medical office. In order to facilitate the administration of the grant, the County requests its grantees to execute an economic development agreement setting forth the qualifications and requirements for the annual payment of the grant over the term of the agreement.
