Contractors have been requested to provide a 5-10 minute presentation. Presentations will be given in alphabetical order. Following presentations, the Board will conduct a final ranking.

A committee consisting of Facilities Director, Environmental Services Director, and Recycling Coordinator performed the initial evaluation and ranking of the responses.

| | | | | | | | BACKGROUND INFORMATION: | The Evaluation Committee made the recommendation at the April 11 BCC meeting to invite both Contractors to make presentations to the full Board.
The purpose of this RFP is to obtain experienced and qualified Companies to operate the County's transfer stations located at the Rosemary Hill Solid Waste Management Facility. The selected Contractor will load, transport, and dispose of the County's Class I Municipal Solid Waste and Construction and Demolition debris (C&D) waste. The Contractor must properly dispose of the material at permitted disposal facilities chosen by the Contractor and approved by the County. The Contractor will also operate the County’s yard trash processing facility and transport the processed material to an acceptable location.
Commissioner scoring sheets will be provided at the meeting.
