Approval of Modification Three to Subgrant Agreement No.: B0071 (2019/2020-111), regarding 4055 Lazy Acres Road Flood Mitigation project. The purpose of this modification is to reinstate and extend the term of the Agreement to January 31, 2024.

The project is for the elevation of the property to reduce and/or mitigate the damage that might otherwise occur from severe weather or other hazards. Additional time has been granted to allow for the necessary improvements required under the grant. The homeowner is typically responsible for securing a contractor to make necessary repairs.  This is provided for in a separate Agreement  (  ) with the homeowner.
