A) Public Hearing to consider approval of Ordinance amending the Capital Improvement Element (CIE) portion of the Clay County Capital Improvement Plan.

B) Approval of Resolution amending the Non-CIE portion of the Clay County Capital Improvement Plan.

C) Approval of Resolution amending the FY22/23 budget, to include a true-up of FY21/22 actuals.

A) The Capital Improvement Element (CIE) is a five year schedule of capital improvements which are Comprehensive Plan (concurrency) related. Sections I of Tables 2 within each category (Exhibits A-E) of the ordinance lists the capital improvements related to the Comprehensive Plan which are to be accomplished by the County.

B) The non-comprehensive plan related portion of the Capital Improvement Plan is presented for BCC consideration in the form of a Resolution. These improvements are listed in Sections II of Tables 2 within each category (Exhibits A-E).

C) On September 28, 2021 the BCC approved FY 22/23 Budget. At that time, the 21/22 actuals were based on estimates. This resolution will provide for the true-up of 21/22 actuals.
