BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
The County partnered with the North Florida Land Trust (NFLT) in the fall of 2022 (RFP No. 21/22-46) to begin the process of developing a locally funded land conservation program for Clay County. This report represents the NFLT's final analysis of local conservation resources and priorities as well as a model land conservation program providing best practice principles and procedures for identifying, assessing, acquiring and maintaining land in conservation.
