Approval will be effective after the 72-hour protest period has expired. All work is to be completed forty-five (45) days after the arrival of the equipment.

| | | | | | | | | BACKGROUND INFORMATION: | Request for Bids was issued seeking bids from licensed Contractors to replace three (3) Carrier 10-Ton Heat Pump Split System 460-volt 3-Phase meeting the original design and performance of the existing Air Handler Units (AHU) #16, #41, and #45. The existing duct work for HVAC Units shall be retained. Pre-Bid Meeting was held July 6, 2023. There were seven (7) bidders in attendance.
