| | | | | | | | | BACKGROUND INFORMATION: | | The Town of Penney Farms is applying for a USDA Grant and one of the requirements is to have the support of the Clay County Commissioner(s) or the County Manager for this project. The Town of Penney Farms would like to purchase a new pick-up truck for the Public Works Department and this grant will help pay 75% of the cost. The Town relies on grants for almost all of its large purchases and infrastructure projects. |
