The current term of the grant agreement expires on August 31, 2023.  The Department of Health has requested an extension through September 30, 2023, to allow additional time for funding allocation.  This amendment also adds an additional $200,000.00 in funding to cover the program expansion to a 24-hour shift.  These additional funds will cover invoices through September 30th.  The hourly rate for the staffing services remains the same; OD2A Paramedicine Program Manager duties: $45.00 per hour, OD2A Paramedicine support staff: $40.00 per hour, administrative support for preparation, processing and submission of invoices for the program: $45.00 per hour, Logistics support for ordering and processing of MAT for the program: $45.00 per hour.
