BACKGROUND INFORMATION:

A request is to rezone a single parcel totaling 0.64 acres from PS-1 to BA.  The future land use of the subject parcel is Commercial.  The parcel has approximately 140 feet frontage on Kingsley Avenue.   Properties to the north and east of the subject parcel are zoned BA while the property west is zoned BB.  South across Kingsley Ave is the Orange Park High School  and properties zoned BA-2 and BB.
