This application is a Small-Scale Comprehensive Plan Amendment to the 2040 Future Land Use Map (FLUM). The application would change the Future Land Use (FLU) designation of a portion of a single parcel of land totaling 0.38 acres from IND (Industrial) to COMM (Commercial).
B. PUD-0623-00007
This application is a rezoning of a portion of the subject parcel totaling 0.38 acres from PS-2 (Private Services-2) to PCD (Planned Commercial Development).

| | | | | | | | BACKGROUND INFORMATION: | The subject parcel is located on the west side of College Drive at the intersection with Peoria Road. The site is a paved access entry for the main parcel.
The applicant desires to construct a new access entry for the multi-family use in another location to line up with the existing traffic light at Peoria Drive.
In addition to this application pair, there is another comp plan and rezoning application pair related to the multi-family use on the main portion of the parcel for this project. |
