Includes Annual Support, CaptionLive Premium, EASE™ Custom, and Social Media eXstream.  These services have been provided by Swagit until Granicus acquired the company earlier this year.  Granicus LLC is the owner, developer, and manufacturer of the source code to the Software and has exclusive rights to distribute the source code for the Software or authorize affiliates and resellers to distribute the Software on Supplier’s behalf. No other vendor has end user distribution rights to the source code or can provide maintenance services for the Software.  Renewing the subscription agreement is in the best interest of the County in that the cost benefit of the three-year quote agreement is an annual increase of 5% instead of their standard 7%, saving the County a total of $2,150.79 (over three years). Advanced payment will be made at the time of the subscription renewal for each fiscal year.   

These services are used in the County's livestreams to social media accounts and website during Board and Board-organized meetings and allows for creating a product that is ADA-compliant and archived in accordance with state statute and for posterity.
