B) Approval of entry into a Franchise Agreement with Swipe Right Disposal, LLC for a term commencing upon execution and continuing through September 30, 2024.

BACKGROUND INFORMATION:

Swipe Right Disposal, LLC has submitted its application and fee in relation to the transfer in accordance with Clay County’s Solid Waste Franchising and Collection Ordinance 90-24, as amended, and as codified in the Clay County Code, Appendix D, Article III.  Agreement No. 2020/2021-279 with Roof Consultants and Services, Inc. dba RCS Containers will be terminated effective October 10, 2023.  

Agreement includes the same requirement that the Franchisee agrees to pay to the County a Franchise Fee of fourteen percent (14%) of the Franchisee’s gross receipts.
