This application is a Rezoning to change 1.05 acres of a 1.6 acre parcel from Commercial and Professional Office District (BA-2) and Single-Family Residential (RA) to Community Business District (BB-2).

BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
ZON-23-0027 was originally a request to change 1.05 acres of a 1.6 acre parcel from Commercial and Professional Office District (BA-2) and Single-Family Residential (RA) to Specialty Business District (BB-3). Staff believes that BB-3 is too intense of a zoning for the area so the applicant agreed to request Community Business District (BB-2) instead.
