Approval to accept staff's evaluation of Gannett Fleming, Inc. for RFP No. 23/24-021, Traffic Counts, Capacity Table and Mobility Fee Studies. Approval will be effective after the 72 hour protest period has expired. 

 

1. Gannett Fleming, Inc. - 93.67

 

A committee consisting of the Director of Planning and Zoning, Deputy Director of Engineering, and Special Projects Coordinator performed the evaluation. If desired, the Board may request a presentation. The agreement will be negotiated and brought back to the Board for approval.

The purpose of the RFP was to seek qualified consultants to update traffic count data for all roadway links on the County system, update County roadway system spreadsheet to include projected traffic from new developments, and update the 2040 Mobility Plan.
