| DATE: | | | | | FROM: Administrative and Contractual Services | | | | | | SUBJECT: A) Approval of the Eighth Amendment to Agreement No. 2014/2015-132 for Traffic Signal Maintenance and Compensation Agreement with FDOT regarding services related to maintenance and operation of certain traffic signals and devices identified in Exhibit A. This Amendment is for FDOT's FY 2024 (Contract #ARV48), providing funding to the County in the amount of $298,420.00 for the time period beginning July 1, 2023 through June 30, 2024.
B) Approval of the Accompanying Authorizing Resolution.

FDOT will compensate the County for these services. This Amendment is for FDOT's FY2024, providing funding to the County in the amount of $298,420.00 for a term of July 1, 2023-June 30, 2024. The resolution will authorize the County Manager to execute any future amendments.
