| | | | | | | | | BACKGROUND INFORMATION: | | The applicant is proposing to amend the Urban Service Area. Without this amendment the proposed FLUM cannot be approved. If the boundaries are extended the FLUM amendment an be approved. Our Comprehensive Plan requires any land use change to Planned Community must include a binding development agreement that spells out the project commitments. If the Board does not agree with the Conditions spelled out in the agreement the FLUM amendment should not be approved. In addition there are proposed policies that address DOC objections and are included as Exhibits in the Ordinance. |
