B) Approval of advanced payment for the annual maintenance and user fees.

BACKGROUND INFORMATION:

Target Solutions provides the County's training and tracking software and is the only company that provides a comprehensive tracking module for Emergency Management and Public Safety. Rates in Schedule A have increased 5% per the original agreement from a total of $50,350.75 to $50,901.25.

User rates increased as follows:

Fire/EMS Users: $73.00 to $76.65

Non Fire/EMS Users: $48.00 to $50.40

 

Supplier was previously found to be a sole source provider.
