Approval to post Notice of Intent to Award Bid No. 23/24-029, CR 220 Widening Phase 2 to Reeves Construction Company in the amount of $16,889,804.91.  Approval of award will be effective after the 72-hour protest period has expired.

BACKGROUND INFORMATION:

The County requested bids from qualified Contractors to perform the widening County Road 220 from existing 2-lane rural roadway to a 4-lane urban roadway from east of Henley Road to west of Knight Boxx Road including bridge work. Substantial Completion shall be accomplished within 525 days from Notice to Proceed and Final Completion shall be accomplished within 570 days from Notice to Procced.
