This amendment modifies the Program to allow funding to be utilized for the enhancement of their Coaching Program. Services are further described in Exhibit 2 of the Agreement. The funding amount remains the same at $69,021.00.

| | | | | | | | | BACKGROUND INFORMATION: | | Mercy has notified the County that they will not be able to complete the purchase of a quad of apartments by the deadline therefore they have submitted a revised request that funding be utilized to enhance their coaching program through the integration of advance technology and interactive teaching tools, training and conferences for coaches, along with assisting clients in paying off past debts. |
