B) Approval of the Certificate of Participation in the FY23 Edward Byrne Memorial Justice Assistance Grant (JAG) Program.

BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
Approval for Clay County Sheriff’s Office to apply and submit applications for certain new and recurring grants during the 2024/2025 Fiscal Year. Grant applications and awards will be executed by the Chairman or the County Manager in accordance with the County’s Grant Management Policy.  Approval of the Certificate of Participation is required each year in order to receive funding from the JAG Program.
