Approval to post Notice of Intent to Award Bid No. 23/24-071, Dirt Road Paving of Dennison Avenue for the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program to Hubbard Construction Company in the amount of $1,044,203.30 (Base Bid: Dennison Avenue and Bid Alternate: Baylor Avenue).  Approval of award will be effective after the 72-hour protest period has expired.  

Funding Source: Community Development Block Grant Fund - All Grants Organization - Community Development Block Grant FY21-27 - CDBG Program Entitlement Funding - Infrastructure 

The County requested Bids from qualified Contractors for all necessary labor, supervision, equipment, and supplies to pave the dirt roads listed below located in Keystone Stone Heights. 

• Base Bid: Dennison Avenue from Skidmore Street to approximately one hundred fifty (150) feet south east of Yale Street
• Alternate Bid: Baylor Avenue from Dennison Avenue to Skidmore Street

This project is Federally Funded under the CDBG Entitlement Program. Substantial Completion shall be accomplished within 190 days from the effective date of the signed Agreement. Final Completion shall be accomplished within 225 days from the effective date of the Agreement.
