SUBJECT: This resolution provides the language for a ballot referendum to provide funding for a Land Conservation Program for Clay County. The referendum would be placed on the November 2024 general election ballot. If approved Staff will transmit the ballot language in both English and Spanish to the Clay County Supervisor of Elections prior to the August 13, 2024 deadline.
