A committee consisting of the Director of Library Services, Director of Communications, and Director of Tourism & Film Development performed the evaluation and ranking of the Proposals. If desired, the Board may request presentations from the Content Developers. An agreement will be brought back to the Board for approval.

The County requested Proposals from qualified Content Developers to amplify the visibility and desirability of Clay County among both prospective visitors and local residents. This content will be distributed across several channels, including: A minimum of four (4) blog posts on ExploreClay.com each month, two (2) editions of the in-market Visitor Guide, monthly content submissions to VISIT FLORIDA, daily social media posts, utilizing platforms such as Facebook and Instagram, with plans to expand to YouTube and LinkedIn within the next year.

Evaluation Note: The Fee Structure Evaluation Criteria requires that the proposed fee structure includes hourly rates, estimated hours per task as listed in the Scope of Work, and the total projected costs. Respondents who did not include all the required information received lower scores. The Right Bank Group submitted a corrupt file for their proposed fee structure, which could not be reviewed, resulting in a lower score.

Carrie McLaren holds the current Agreement (2020/2021-144) for Tourism Content Development, which expires 9/30/2024. The Agreement provides a portion of the services listed in the Scope of Work of this current RFP. Carrie McLaren's fee was $400 per week for 50 weeks, with an estimate of 15-20 hours per week.
