BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
The Board approved this Interlocal Agreement through Resolution No. 2022/2023-39 on April 25, 2023. This Resolution is attached as backup, along with the portion of the Minutes pertaining to this item from the Board's meeting of April 25, 2023. The Minutes indicate that there are blanks in the Interlocal Agreement that the City will need to fill in once certain actions occur. Those blanks have now been filled in on the Interlocal Agreement and the signature blocks have been updated to reflect current signors of the document.
