| | | | | | | | | BACKGROUND INFORMATION: | This funding is required per Sections 939.185 and 29.008(3)(a) Florida Statutes. This is a reimbursement agreement to be paid in equal quarterly installments of $40,799.75, for a total annual sum of $163,199.00. Each year, if Jacksonville Area Legal Aid, Inc. is able to provide documentation that they have spent more than the funding that has been provided by the County, the County is able to increase the funding amount by 1.5% per Florida Statute. The Funding Agreement for FY23/24 was for $160,787.00. |
