These services are under the umbrella of the $65.00 Court Cost authorized under Section 939.185, Florida Statutes. Since last fiscal year, the hourly rate has increased from $28.00 to $30.00 per hour and the annual not to exceed amount increased from $56,160.00 to $62,400.00. |
