Third Amendment to Agreement No. 2022/2023-66 for Security System and Video Surveillance System Upgrades with Miller Electric Company for the purchase and installation of CCTV/video surveillance/IP based Video Management Systems. This amendment allows for Security System and Video Surveillance System Upgrades at the County Administration Building and County Libraries in the amount of $355,744.45 to be completed on or before October 31, 2024.

RFQ No. 21/22-53 was awarded to Miller Electric Company for the upgrade of the security system and video surveillance system at the Clay County Courthouse.  The agreement allows for additional work, materials, and services to be provided by the Contractor if it is determined to be beneficial to County and agreed to by the parties. Contractor has agreed to purchase and install CCTV/video surveillance/IP based Video Management System at the following six locations:

1) Middleburg-Clay Hill Public Library

2) Keystone Heights Public Library

3) Green Cove Springs Public Library

4) Fleming Island Public Library

5) Orange Park Public Library

6) Clay County Administration Building
