BACKGROUND INFORMATION:

The purpose of this Scope of Work is to improve erosion control of the Indigo Branch channel which is being funded through a HMGP grant, approved by the Florida Division of Emergency Management (Division) and the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA). This modification reinstates and extends the FDEM agreement through December 31, 2024.  All other terms and conditions of the original funding agreement remain the same.
